Our Story
Back in 2005, our founder was working in real estate and kept running into the same problem: big transactions slowed down or fell apart because nobody truly owned the middle ground. Funds would sit in limbo, communication would stall, and trust would erode. The solution seemed obvious—create an escrow service where security, transparency, and human connection came first.
We opened our doors in a small downtown office with a single phone line, a handful of loyal clients, and a commitment to treat every dollar in escrow like it belonged to our own family. The early days were lean, but our reputation grew fast. Word spread;not because we advertised everywhere, but because clients told each other, “They actually call you back, and they actually care.”
Some companies are born from a grand business plan. Ours started with something simpler: a promise.
